Many people do not have an outlet to talk about their feelings so they end up bottling them up inside. This can lead to depression, anxiety, and many more debilitating mental illnesses. 

 

The Bestie app is designed to be a vocal journal. Let your feelings out to someone who won’t judge you in your own comfortable environment. 

NOTE: This is not a replacement of therapy. Real life human connection will help you more than this app. This app is meant to encourage you to talk out loud and get your thoughts out of your head. It’s more of a guided voice journal.

The main purpose of this app is to get you to speak out loud. Journaling is an effective way to track and regulate your mood. Talk therapy is not always an option for some people due to costs, environment or time. 

The homescreen is straightforward. Every day you input how you were feeling for a majority of the day.
